Happy Healthy Me is all about developing a healthy relationship with food. We want you to feel good about food and about yourself and we are here to help you do just that. As an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician, I am passionate about shaping more positive community attitudes towards food and body image.

Tania Ferraretto offers specialised nutrition counselling
for eating disorders, disordered eating and those wanting
support with food and body image issues.
Services are provided in conjunction with Advanced Psychology Services in Adelaide. Appointments can be made by contacting the reception team at Advanced Psychology Services.
